This machine is widely used for packaging solid materials and tray products, such as cheese cubes, bread, soy products, sausages, nuts, meat chunks, candies, dried fruits, chocolates, cashews, peas, macadamia nuts, sugar cubes, and diced ham. It is suitable for industries requiring neat arrangement, high-efficiency vacuum packaging, and premium sealing quality.

Features

The packaging system consists of a pouch-feeding rotary system, feeding system, and vacuum rotary system to ensure stable and efficient operation.

Full servo control system provides easy maintenance, high flexibility, and accurate positioning during the packaging process.

Equipped with a color touch-screen control panel for simple operation, with recipe parameters that can be stored for convenient production switching.

The unique horizontal conveying design keeps materials neatly arranged throughout the packaging process, ensuring an attractive final appearance.

The machine uses pre-made pouches to achieve perfect packaging patterns, strong sealing performance, and high-end packaging quality.
